More specifically, what's wrong with this being the cover of a notebook in a children's museum gift shop?

I don't know what kind of salon you go to, but if I see anyone move out of their hands, presumably leaving the skin behind and taking their clean bones and lustrous nails... I probably won't hang out to see what happens with the pedicures.
